Two thousand years ago, Christ came to this lost and desperate world to demonstrate God’s love for us. He was and is the embodiment of love. In fact, He summed up the law and the prophets with the commandment to LOVE GOD and LOVE ONEANOTHER. This sacrificial love of the body of Christ draws thirsty souls to the Living Water.

A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.
John 13:34-35
In a recent meeting, the Star of Hope Member Network asked that we continue the “Embrace a Family Initiative” by providing new undergarments and new winter coats. There are many costs associated with this outreach which allow us to touch these precious lives. Our budgeted cost for this initiative is $48,000. LoveImage

Your gift provides the opportunity for 60 members of the Star of Hope Member Network to reach into the lives of specifically identified families, in the love of Jesus, with the intention of building a relationship that transforms lives, households and eventually a neighborhood.
