Today, I ask you to consider supporting a very special family initiative of Star of Hope. Star of Hope is committed to community transformation by embracing families and transforming communities one household at a time. |

Today would you consider a gift that would empower Star of Hope to purchase a backpack and windbreaker for a student who is in need? Our 60 Member Network is aware of 600 children that would benefit not only from the resource but also from a relationship with the local leader that delivers the items. Keeping children in school is critical to their future, and this initiative provides an opportunity for our Member Network to get into households, address needs and build mentoring relationships that change lives.
So do not wait until tomorrow; send your gift to Star of Hope today and embrace a family by encouraging a child to stay in school and pursue a future while being embraced by a local leader committed to him or her and to the Gospel of Peace. |

With your help, 600 backpacks and windbreakers will be purchased by Star of Hope and distributed by our Member Network - a collaborative of 60 churches and community organizations that serve the greater Paterson area. As we all like to provide equally for our children, the Member Network has asked that we do our best to provide the same for the children in the city. With your help, Star of Hope will be purchasing identical backpacks and windbreakers in bulk.

P.S. All gifts are tax deductible and will be acknowledged with a formal receipt. If donations received are in excess of our need, the funds will be used to support ministry to children and families.
